Thank You Letter for Reaching Beyond Words
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ at Reaching Beyond Words,

I write this letter with a heart full of gratitude and praise to God for your ministry and the incredible role you have played in my life. There are no words sufficient to express how thankful I am for your support, both physically and spiritually, and for the way God has used you to shape the person I am becoming today.
When I reflect on my journey, I cannot separate it from the work of Reaching Beyond Words. You were not simply an organization that offered help; you were the hands and feet of Jesus in my life. You provided for me physically when I had need, and you nourished me spiritually when my soul was searching for truth. Most importantly, it was through your ministry and witness that I came to know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Before your influence in my life, I did not know the depth of God’s love. You were the vessels He used to plant the seed of faith in my heart, and today that seed has grown into a calling.
It was through Reaching Beyond Words that I was connected to the Bancale Missionaries in the Philippians, where I now serve as a church member. This connection changed the entire trajectory of my life. Through the fellowship, teaching, and discipleship I have received there, God has confirmed in my heart the calling to be a missionary. Every time I stand in worship, every time I study His Word, and every time I share the gospel with others, I remember that it began with your faithfulness. You opened the door, and Jesus walked me through it.
I want you to know that your work has not been in vain. The prayers you have prayed, the sacrifices you have made, and the love you have shown have produced fruit that will continue for eternity. Because of your obedience to God’s call, a life has been transformed, a missionary has been raised up, and the gospel is being carried further than you may have imagined.
As I look ahead, the Lord willing, when I return to Ethiopia, I have a deep desire to partner with Reaching Beyond Words to continue the work God has given us. My heart is especially burdened for the children and the mothers of my country. I have seen their struggles, I have heard their cries, and I believe the church has a divine responsibility to reach them with the love of Christ. Together, I believe we can plant seeds of hope, provide for their needs, and point them to the Savior who changed our lives. I pray that God will make this partnership a reality, for His glory and for the advancement of His kingdom.
Until that day comes, I want you to know that I pray for you continually. I thank God for every leader, missionary, volunteer, and supporter of Reaching Beyond Words. You are remembered in my prayers not only for what you have done but for who you are in Christ. May the Lord bless you abundantly, strengthen your hands, enlarge your borders, and pour out His favor upon every area of your ministry. May you see the fruit of your labor a hundredfold, and may generations rise up to call you blessed.
Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for investing in me. Thank you for being the reason I am saved, called, and sent. I will never forget what God has done through you, and I will spend the rest of my life-giving back what was so freely given to me.
With a heart overflowing with gratitude,
Dagmawit Sisay
