Hello Everyone,
Our prayer and hope is that you all are well! We have come to find out that God’s faithfulness never ceases and his love for us is immeasurable!😊
Brother Jemal has written a letter to share with everyone, a recent teaching experience with the children in the program ages 13 years and up, so we wanted to pass it on. Before we share Brother Jemal’s letter, please pray for the 14-year-old child in Ethiopia, Besufekad, he has been in the hospital for almost a month with health issues involving his lungs. He has recently been discharged now, he hasn’t been able to talk during this time but now slowly his speech is coming back, he also needs to be able to eat. Besufekad was born crippled where he has not been able to walk. He has been in the Reaching Beyond Words program since he was four years old and doing well. This health issue was a big surprise to his mom and siblings. Reaching Beyond Words fortunately was able to help get him a new wheelchair and pay some medical expenses because of the generosity of our faithful prayer warriors and donors. Thank you!!!

Now here is Brother Jemal’s letter.
“We had very wonderful meeting day with our older Children. God had put a message on my heart about the life of Joseph in the Bible. Joseph went through many trials, but God was watching over Joseph and helping him mature into a man that heard and loved God. I was teaching them about Joseph’s dreams (Genesis 37:5-10), life, challenges and how God accomplished the dreams in his life. My topic or message title was <<Living Our Dream >>. The young adults were attentive and responded well with some good questions. My fellow worker Brother Wudalem added his testimony about his life journeys being an orphan and the social worker shared too. Lastly, I asked them what they learned, and they gave some good and very helpful responses. They told us they need such teachings as they are getting older and need wise counsel and wisdom. It was a blessed time as we shared God’s word together and a meal.
Blessings
Brother Jemal”
