Reaching Beyond Words Report for the Month of April 2025
Kampala, Uganda 22nd April 2025
Reaching Beyond Words Uganda greets you all our dear sponsors and donors, and faithful prayer partners. We would love to share with you what transpired in the Month of April, 2025. As always in any home there is much activity to keep one busy. Just cooking meals for 14 children keeps one active. We are so thankful for our family, even when there are some adventures. The children have been at school and by the end of this month, that is on the 30th of April 2025 they will be home for three weeks on holiday break and we are looking forward to having some activities with them since they will be having more time at home and not so busy with books. 😊
Daphine Nakimuli will be finishing her course (Catering and hostel management) in May 2025 thereafter she will do her internship for two months, then she will be graduating and trusting God for a job.
Dismas Melvyn will be finishing his tailoring course in December 2025.
For Aaron Omara, he will be sitting for the Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) in October 2025, so he has been very busy since they study until late evening in his class, so he is in the boarding house right now at the school. We want to thank God for Omara’s test results for DIT (Directorate of industrial Training) he did a Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery for the period of three years (from secondary one to secondary three) which he passed with first grade honors.
Aaron Okech is doing Nursing and midwifery, and he is loving what his is doing and in June he will be finishing the first year of the course and he will be remaining with one and half more years to complete the course.
Stephen will also be sitting for his Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) in November 2025. He is the only child who was still in primary school so next year he will be in secondary school too.
For the young girls, that is Aber, Tracy, Ruth and Lucky, they are really gifted with handiwork and during this holiday we have someone who will be teaching them to make necklaces and bracelets.
For Samuel he has been down a bit with malaria but is on treatment and recovering, we do thank God for his healing.
Reagan has also been doing good.
