Hello to All,
Greetings again to all of you! It’s our pleasure to share with you the work of God here at the Ethiopian Reaching Beyond Words NGO. We have accomplished the following things by the Month of October 2017.
We continue to have meetings once a month with our children and their families. For this meeting we had discussions about the importance of our children’s health care, education, and parenting. As always, the meetings are received well, and the families appreciate the helpful instruction.
The children are continuing to attend the tutorial classes the NGO provides as we, the staff, are strongly working for the children’s educational and physical life.
Our social worker is visiting the children and their family’s homes to assure the children are studying and being well taken care of.
We have had feeding days (when we have special meals) with Brother Elias Bancle, the Filipino missionary. God bless this giving Brother and his wife. We have purchased and distributed nutritional food for each child and family for the last quarter of this year.
In all our ongoing work, we have seen progress and we are encouraged.
Our widows are continuing their small businesses and are saving money. Sister Lemlem is working hard with them by visiting their business places and she gives them advise on how to be profitable in their business and how saving is very important for them.
We thank God for all his provisions and we know your contributions have helped this work a lot!!
