November 27, 2013
The month of November is designated to the Reading Month celebration. All grade level children were observed by the principle and the administrator while the teachers had them read the sight words (grade students) and identify consonant and vowel sounds (kindergarten students). Some children read individually, others did group reading.
We are grateful for the parents’ assistance to their children. A number of the children have improved their reading skills as well as the overall work in the class. Children are now ready to read during the possible visit from the Department of Education personnel. This type of a visit is performed in order to monitor the overall quality of the school.
We send our heartfelt thanks to all of you for your support to us. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
